It is no news that a business organisation exist primarily for profit making. It should therefore have the ability to take advantage of current innovations for optimal performance and profits, considering that it exist in a market with other competitors. The aim of this research is to discover the impact of digital illiteracies, which is an aspect of information technology, on Human Resource Management in a business organisation.
