Proposal
Human Resource Management is basically concerned with the management of people within an organisation. This management process involves recruitment, training, appraisals, promotions, discipline, termination and release. It is also responsible for ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for work.
It is a very important aspect of business and any organisation. This is because organisations are made up of resources and the two main resources are human and material. The ability of the human resource to make optimal use of itself and the material resources available will determine the performance of the organisation.
Information technology has become a part of our daily lives for various reasons depending on who is using it and for what.
It is no news that a business organisation exist primarily for profit making. It should therefore have the ability to take advantage of current innovations for optimal performance and profits, considering that it exist in a market with other competitors.
The aim of this research is to discover the impact of digital illiteracies, which is an aspect of information technology, on Human Resource Management in a business organisation.
